Over 200 years ago, Tea Master Kai Wei's ancestors planted very special, now ancient tea trees that produce high-quality Bi Luo Chun. His family secret of making this special green tea by hand has been passed down since then for generations. Growing at elevations between 6,000- 7,200 feet, the tea leaves are handpicked, sun-dried then hand-rolled using their family secret, resulting in a Bi Luo Chun unlike any other. His family takes pride in the fact that their farm is considered an ecological tea farm, i.e., growing tea trees organically and in a sustainable way that preserves the environment. This is a very rare tea and in very limited supply.
