Ancient Baked Heart grows at elevations between 6,000-7,200+ feet on Wu Liang Mountain where the sun is shining for most of the year. The leaves are handpicked, sun-dried and hand-rolled. Then the tea is stored loosely so as not to break the relatively dark, twisted, short to medium-sized leaves.
Water Temperature:

170- 185°F

Gongfu Style

2.5- 3 oz of water using a Gaiwan

Brewing Time:

Infuse for 30 sec. Add at least 10 sec per infusion for succeeding infusions. Adjust time depending on preferred strength of flavor. Do not oversteep.
